When will my senior portrait be available to view and order?
You will receive an email within two days after the last appointment day at your school letting you know your portraits are available to view and place your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?
You will receive your senior portraits between 2-4 weeks from the day you order.

Will my Senior portraits be retouched?
If you ordered a digital download with no retouching, the photo will be emailed to the email you put on the order immediately. If you order a photo with retouching, once the photo is retouched by our lab, it will be emailed to the email you put on the order .

Can I get a retake for my senior portrait?
You have the opportunity to come to our Studio in Somerset, NJ for a retake using the link below. There is a $25 studio session fee.

Depending on the school you go to, we may be returning in the fall for retakes. Dates are determined at a later date. Please email hello@normandystudio.com to see if we will be returning to your school.

If I get a retake, will I lose the proofs from my first session?
No, you will not lose the images from your first session. You will be able to view and choose from both sessions.

How can I purchase a Digital Download?
To be able to unlock the ability to purchase a digital download, you must first add at least $140 of items to your cart. The digital download tab will then unlock for you to add it to your cart for $39 per image. The digital download is not free if you spend at least $140 or more, it is $39 per image.re
