If you ordered a digital download with no retouching, the photo will be emailed to the email you put on the order immediately. If you order a photo with retouching, once the photo is retouched by our lab, it will be emailed to the email you put on the order .

You will receive an email within two days after the last appointment day at your school letting you know your portraits are available to view and place your order.

The processing time for senior portraits is between 2-4 weeks from the order date.

If you order a package, your photo(s) will be retouched. If you order A La Carte, you must add retouching to your photo for it to be retouched. Basic retouching includes removal of blemishes and softening of harsh lines.

Your appointment will be at least 10 minutes long and the photographer will take multiple photos of you including a cap & gown pose. The photographer makes sure that you like the way you look before starting and during your portrait session.

If you miss the deadline, we must choose a yearbook photo for you to ensure your photo appear in the yearbook. If you want to change the photo, there is a $75 fee to change it as it has already been submitted to the yearbook publisher.

You have the opportunity to come to our Studio in Somerset, NJ for a retake using the link below. There is a $25 studio session fee.

Depending on the school you go to, we may be returning in the fall for retakes. Dates are determined at a later date. Please email hello@normandystudio.com to see if we will be returning to your school.
